Amazing hotel with very friendly staff near the Eiffel Tower.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff members specially Jerome and Emilie, they were so friendly and so accommodating to whatever we needed. The hotel itself is situated about a 10 minute or less walk to the Eiffel Tower and about a minute walk to the metro which was very convenient. We had a triple room with a queen bed and a twin bed that our 18 year daughter slept in. We didn’t mind sharing as our room with our daughter as the room was big enough for us to be comfortable. We had a side Eiffel Tower view with a balcony with an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. There some restaurants nearby which we didn’t frequent except one for breakfast and it was ok but the metro is close that you can go anywhere in Paris for good restaurants. All in all a great experience. We took our daughter to Paris 2 years ago for her 16th birthday and stayed at the Pullman so I was afraid that comparing it to that hotel we were going to be disappointed but we weren’t at all. I can’t wait to come back actually. Thank you La Comtesse for an incredible stay.

Great hotel and great location. The view from our balcony was stunning and totally worth the extra charge. The staff was friendly and Paul especially was so nice and helpful. There is a close metro stop and the proximity to Rue Cler was so nice! Love that street and the dining options. Also several bus options. Only complaint was some mildew in the shower but it didn’t bother us too much. The chocolates, robes, and Nespresso coffee were really nice touches. Really enjoyed our stay so much!

This a small gem of a hotel with Eiffel view that cannot be beat! The staff and the front desk crew were knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. It felt everything was within walking distance including the metro station, restaurants & shops. If you are looking for the best view of the Eiffel Tower this is the hotel for you. They have different categories room and the Frontal View is their best category facing directly the Eiffel Tower. Every night sitting at the room balcony, sipping on champagne and watching the tower made it a magical experience. Our room included breakfast and everything tasted delicious. They only have 2 Frontal View rooms at this property, I highly recommend early booking to not only get the frontal view room category but their best pricing.

Wonderful hotel! Great location, metro stop across the street, many attractions and restaurants close by. Eiffel Tower can be seen from the rooms. Staff was lovely, very helpful and polite. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back to this hotel again

We stayed 6 nights at Hotel La Comtesse in 2 communicating rooms (family of 4 traveling with children). I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and staff. Paul especially went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of, even when both my children and husband came down with a stomach virus. His attention to detail and genuine interest and concern in/for the wellbeing of our children was unparalleled. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for the kids. His friendly and helpful demeanor helped put us at ease despite us having to spend half our trip in our room with sick kids. Now for the hotel: Clean, comfortable, with a great location close to the metro, restaurants, corner store, laundry, currency exchange, etc. And the view was spectacular! I would definitely stay here on our next trip to Paris and recommend it to anyone traveling to the city of lights! Merci beaucoup Paul and the entire staff at La Comtesse!
